• This episode takes place a month after the previous episode.
  
• Tarima has returned to Betazed to recover.
  
• Darem Reymi is seemingly kidnapped, and Jay-Den follows him through a portal to the Khionian Realm. It ends up being a ceremonial marriage abduction because Darem is to be wed to his best friend Kaira, who is next in line to become queen of Khionia.
  
• Jay-Den is declared as Darem's Ko'Zeine, his best man. He was supposed to go to Ibiza with Kyle.
  
• In the end, Kaira realized Darem is only fulfilling his duties, and not because he desires it. She pushes Darem to abdicate and has their marriage annulled so he can return to the Academy.
