- Gabrielle Burnham says she put the Sphere in Discovery’s path, but says she doesn’t know anything about the seven signals.
- She is anchored to a point in time 950 years in the future on Terralysium. She has been attemping to stop Control from gaining access to the Sphere archive, which leads to the destruction of all sentient life. She has spent the last twenty years trying to stop Control from obtaining the Sphere archive.
- Twenty years ago, she chose Spock because he could understand her; she hasn’t been able to communicate with anyone else.
- Leland appears to damage the red angel suit, and the suit and Gabrielle Burnham's mother are swept back to their anchor in the future.
