- Tilly discovers the bio signature of the Red Angel matches Michael Burnham.
- Leland tells Burnham that her parents were working on Project Daedalus for Section 31. Leland obtained a Klingon time crystal, needed to power the suit, but was careless and the Klingons found it on Doctari Alpha, where they murdered Burnham's father. Her mother was presumed dead, but managed to escape in the time suit, which sent her 950 years into the future.
- While attempting to use a retinal scanner, it injects Leland's eye with nanobots, and Control takes over.
- Lt. Nilsson takes Airiam's place at the spore drive operations station on the bridge. Sara Mitich previously portrayed Airiam throughout Season 1.
