• After the station connects to the U.S.S. Protostar, The Diviner's implanted weapon causes the station to self-destruct.
  
• On the U.S.S. Dauntless, Janeway watches the christening of the U.S.S. Protostar after Chakotay's promotion to admiral.
  
• Admiral Janeway and the U.S.S. Dauntless crew arrive on Tars Lamora and find The Diviner.
  
• Jimmi Simpson (Drednok) does not appear in this episode, despite being featured in the opening titles.
