• Season 3 Finale.
  
• The holoprogram gives Adira the appearance of a Xahean. The holoprogram also recognizes Gray and gives him a physical Vulcan appearance, who can be seen by both Hugh and Saru.
  
• The Ni'Var fleet joins U.S.S. Voyager and the Federation fleet in attacking Osyraa and Discovery.
  
• Once the crew is able to defeat Osyraa and take back the ship, Book is able to use his empathic ability to navigate the spore drive back to the nebula, just in time to rescue the away team.
  
• After rescuing Su'Kal, Saru takes leave to return him to Kaminar, and to help him adjust to real life.
  
• Michael Burnham is promoted to captain and assigned as commanding officer of U.S.S. Discovery.
  
• Their first assignment is to travel to the dilithium planet — which is already being mined — to distribute the dilithium to other worlds.
  
• Trill rejoins the Federation, and other worlds are in talks to return — including Ni'Var.
  
• Aditya Sahil makes it to Starfleet HQ and is given a promotion to Lieutenant.
  
• The Discovery crew finally dons the current era Starfleet uniforms at the end of the episode, when Burnham takes the bridge as captain.
  
• Adira is shown in Starfleet uniform with rank of Ensign. Book is there, but he is not in uniform.
  
• In a series parallel, Benjamin Sisko was also promoted from Commander to Captain in the Deep Space Nine 3rd season finale "The Adversary".
