Ryan O'Reily has a secret rendezvous with Claire Howell, who gets rid of Stanislofsky for him; Zabitz asks Schillinger for protection from Keller; Father Ray pleads with Keller to forgive Beecher; Beecher seeks revenge on his children's kidnappers when Hank Schillinger is freed on a technicality; Rebadow develops a brain tumor; Detective McGorry questions Hill about Goergen's death; Arif begs Said to take leadership of the Muslims. The gays, then the Italians and Hispanics are transferred out of Em City to Unit B as Adebisi takes control of Em City. Said and McManus hatch a plan; Said and the Muslims join with Adebisi.
